The 3250/3252/3302 is an automatic component analyzer that is ideal for acceptance and shipping inspections on transformer production lines, featuring high stability and high reliability. The 3250/3252 is equipped with a measurement frequency range of 20Hz-200kHz, while the 3302 has a range of 20Hz-1MHz, making them suitable for measuring various low-voltage parameters of transformers in transformer scan test items. These parameters include main parameters such as inductance, leakage inductance, turns ratio, DC resistance, impedance, and inter-winding capacitance, as well as sub-parameters like quality factors and series equivalent resistance, enabling pin-to-pin short inspections. Furthermore, with high-speed digital sampling technology, using the Auto Transformer Scanning Box (A132501) allows for accurate and rapid measurements during transformer production inspections.
The 3250/3252/3302 can resolve issues related to differences in measurement current caused by output impedance variations during measurements by selecting from multiple output impedance options, as well as discrepancies in the inductance values obtained during measurements.
